Can I pick up or return a vehicle outside business hours?
No. All pick-ups and returns must occur during business hours only. Let's change it and say yes after hours pick up and drop off is available contact us to better understand your circumstance.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel most trips yourself without contacting Turo.
All cancellations are effective immediately
Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Otherwise, a $10 per gallon refueling fee will apply.
Can I return the vehicle outside of office hours?
No, all returns must be made during standard business hours.
Are there cleaning fees?
It depends on the car you select: some come with unlimited miles, and others have a limit of 200 a day.
Is there a smoking fee?
Yes. Smoking in the vehicle results in a $400 fee.
Yes. Bringing pets into the vehicle will incur a $250 fee.
What if I use toll roads?
EZ Pass and toll fees are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
Yes, renters are required to provide proof of their own valid insurance. Alternatively, you may purchase insurance coverage through us for the duration of your rental.
